How it works

How Tradly works — order to invoice

The five-step procure-to-pay flow, from browsing today's fresh picks to a KRA eTIMS-compliant invoice on delivery.

  1. Browse and add to cart

Browse today's fresh picks by category or search across the full Tradly catalogue, then add items and pack sizes to your cart.

  2. Place your order

Checkout on account (business buyers) or with Paystack/M-Pesa. Orders placed before 3 p.m. are dispatched the same day within Nairobi.

  3. Receive same-day dispatch

Tradly aggregates from source overnight so your order leaves the depot the day you place it and typically lands the same evening in Nairobi.

  4. Confirm delivery

The driver confirms delivery in-app and the order is three-way matched (purchase request → delivery → invoice) before payment is captured.

  5. Get your eTIMS invoice

Every order is invoiced through Tradly Finance with a KRA eTIMS-compliant tax invoice, so your procurement stays VAT-clean and audit-ready.

Why buyers move to Tradly

Traditional procurement in Kenya's hospitality, healthcare and institutional sectors runs on WhatsApp orders, spreadsheets and three-broker supply chains. That means unpredictable prices, no audit trail, and invoices that don't line up with what actually got delivered.

Tradly replaces that with a single procurement platform: transparent farm-direct pricing, three-way matching between the purchase request, delivery and invoice, and a KRA eTIMS-compliant tax invoice generated automatically. Finance teams stop chasing paper; kitchens stop chasing brokers.
